Michele Spencer was admitted to the California State Bar in 1988 after obtaining her undergraduate degree in Political Science from UCLA and her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern in Los Angeles. Throughout her 37-year career, Michele has practiced solely in civil defense litigation for Southern California firms and insurance carriers, honing extensive experience in a variety of cases. Most of her defense work has been in catastrophic personal injury, including auto, truck, and motorcycle accidents, premises liability, and product liability cases. Michele handles cases from inception through discovery and trial and beyond and has a perfect record of first-chair defense verdicts in San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles Superior Courts. Her client-centered approach to litigation emphasizes clear communication to enhance results on motions, informal settlement negotiations, mediations, and discovery.
