Hillside Patio HOA v. City of Carlsbad, et al., Case No. 37-2018-00043624-CU-NP-NC.

In July/August 2023, Mitch defended the City of Carlsbad in a landslide case.  On the ninth day of trial, the plaintiffs settled with the co-defendant, Olivenhain Water District, and the case was dismissed.  The case was tried before the Honorable Cynthia Freeland.  It was entitled Hillside Patio HOA v. City of Carlsbad, et al., Case No. 37-2018-00043624-CU-NP-NC.
