Gary is a California trial lawyer and civil litigator with 30 years of experience in State and Federal Courts, handling matters including the defense of catastrophic personal actions, employment, landlord-tenant and business disputes. He has successfully tried in State courts some 25 matters.
In addition to his legal experience, Gary served as an aide on the personal staff of United States Senator Claiborne Pell and 2 terms as a public elected official on the Vallejo, California City Council.
He is the former Executive Director of GroundWork Rhode Island, an urban building non-profit part of the larger GroundWork USA network, providing a national model engaged in job training for the remediation of brownfields and the greening and improvement of underutilized urban spaces.
A native of Rhode Island, he graduated from Brown University where he was named “All-Ivy” as a defensive tackle on the varsity football team.
