Lee is co-founder of Dean Gazzo Roistacher LLP and has extensive civil litigation and appellate experience in state and federal court representing public entities and other clients in all types of litigation. Lee received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and graduated from California Western School of Law where he was a Writer/Editor for California Western Law Review.
Lee was admitted to California Bar 1995 and since 2013 has been a Certified Appellate Specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization. Lee has briefed and argued as lead counsel in over 90 appellate matters. Published opinions include: Rubenstein v. Doe No. 1 (2017) 3 Cal.5th 903; Willis v. City of Carlsbad (2020) 48 Cal.
