Lee is co-founder of Dean Gazzo Roistacher LLP and has extensive civil litigation and appellate experience in state and federal court representing public entities and other clients in all types of litigation. Lee received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and graduated from California Western School of Law where he was a Writer/Editor for California Western Law Review.
Lee was admitted to California Bar 1995, has handled writs and appeals for more than 20 years and since 2013 has been a Certified Appellate Specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization. Lee has briefed and argued as lead counsel in over 100 appellate matters and has been involved as amicus counsel in many other matters. Lee also maintains an active trial court level practice representing, among other clients, public entities and employees in both state and federal courts in civil rights, employment and dangerous conditions of public property litigation. Having both an active appellate and litigation practice allows Lee to have unique insights in both trial court and appellate litigation.
Lee is admitted to practice before all California’s Federal District Courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
