Nicolette A. Yohn

Nicolette earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. During law school, Nicolette served as an Honors Instructor in Legal Writing and earned Academic Excellence Awards in Legal Writing, Appellate Advocacy, and Trusts & Estates. As a moot court member, she won awards for both oral and written advocacy.  She also served as a judicial extern to Justice Martin Buchanan at the Fourth District Court of Appeal and she clerked for a civil litigation firm, a criminal appellate defense firm, and the Writs & Appeals division at the California Attorney General’s Office. Before joining the Dean Gazzo Roistacher team, Nicolette served as appointed appellate counsel for indigent clients.
