Natalia Smith has over 20 years of experience handling complex civil matters in state and federal courts throughout California. Her practice includes construction, business, and real estate disputes, with experience in cases involving contract claims, tort liability, and multi-party actions.
She has handled matters from initial case assessment through trial, arbitration, and mediation, and is experienced in all phases of case development, including discovery, motion practice, and expert coordination. Natalia also previously served as in-house counsel for a general engineering contractor, where she worked on claims and advised on contract and risk issues involving large public and private projects.
