Mitch tried to verdict a patent infringement and false advertising case (Mitch only did the false advertising side) in federal court in the Central District in Los Angeles. The six day trial resulted in a mixed verdict, but the jury awarded far less in damages than requested by plaintiff. The case was tried before the Honorable Judge George H. Wu and was entitled Big Ass Fans (Delta T) v. MacroAir Technologies, Inc., Case No. 5:20cv00728.
