Kimmy R. Ophaso

Kimmy represents clients in the areas of public entity defense, premises liability, development and construction, inverse condemnation, wrongful death, and employment. Kimmy graduated from Seattle University with a B.A. in Digital Design in 2012. Kimmy attended California Western School of Law on a full-tuition merit scholarship, received the top grade in four of her classes, and graduated magna cum laude in 2021. Prior to attending law school, Kimmy worked as a Web Designer for six years for Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft and Costco, as well as telehealth and eCommerce startups.
While in law school, Kimmy gained experience as a law clerk at an employment and personal injury firm and the District Attorney’s Office Cold Cases Division. Kimmy also honed her civil rights and dangerous condition of public property skill set interning with the Attorney General’s Office Division of Civil Law, Torts & Condemnation Section. These opportunities gave Kimmy beneficial experience in motion practice, mediations, and depositions.
